As Zivranexwrnraxin specializes in custom-made furniture designed and built to your specific requirements, all orders are made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
If you receive a custom furniture piece that is defective or does not meet the specifications agreed upon in your order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange to inspect the item and, if confirmed as defective or incorrect, we will either repair, replace, or provide a refund as appropriate.
Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture carefully. Any defects or issues must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to address issues that could have been identified during initial inspection.
All custom furniture from Zivranexwrnraxin comes with a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers:

If your furniture requires repair or adjustment under warranty, we will arrange for our team to visit your location or for you to return the item to our workshop, depending on the nature of the issue. We will cover reasonable costs for warranty repairs.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may be possible before production begins, subject to any costs already incurred. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to charges for work completed and materials ordered.
If you need to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. Changes may be possible before production begins, but may incur additional charges or affect delivery times. Changes after production has started may not be possible.
If your furniture arrives damaged during delivery, please note this on the delivery documentation and contact us immediately. We will arrange for inspection and necessary repairs or replacement.
